We are a sisterhood of ambitious MOM-entrepreneurs who want to make real money, but still love life and motherhood. We believe that you don’t have to choose between motherhood and business – you can have both and do it all with toxic hustle!

Why we’re different

As an attorney, wife, mom of 3, and serial entrepreneur, all I wanted to do was to help, serve, and connect…but a local mom group kicked me out because “business didn’t belong.” I was devastated…and I knew there had to be a better way! That night I created a facebook group called Mommies Hiring Mommies (now MOMpire) and the next morning I had over 250 requests to join. I knew there were mamas just like me who wanted to do business… while still loving motherhood.

When MOMs come together & do business, we all WIN!!

Creating MOMpire over 7 years ago came from a NEED… but it turned into so much more. The connections and real referral partnerships that have come out of this community are incredible!

Why Mamas Connect with MOMpire

I have NEVER known a more authentic group of women. MOMpire is truly one of a kind. I’ve always been overwhelmed and frustrated with Mom/Entrepreneur Facebook groups because I have yet to find real business, real friendships, real collaborations, or real connections….and I tried. So MOMpire is certainly a breath of fresh air in the networking space. With a focus on building deep connections, I have gotten more business, more referrals, and more business besties than EVER BEFORE. This community is the actual BEST.

“Becoming part of the MOMpire sisterhood has enriched my life more than I could have ever imagined! Not only do we have access to the resources we need to plan, build and scale our heart-centered businesses, we have an active, generous, honest community of fellow sisters to support us along the way.”

“Someone recently said to me “you’re such an empowered woman!” Empowerment is a buzzword that I’ve never stopped to think about. It doesn’t mean “to be powerful” it means “to be given power, or made stronger, by another person.” That’s really what MOMpire is about. When you’re trying to be a mom or a business owner (or both) there’s so much you need to learn, the business landscape is changing so fast, your kids are changing so fast, it’s impossible to keep up and make yourself known when you’re working in a vacuum. You cannot become empowered to live your dream on your own. You need other people.

“I absolutely love being a part of MOMpire… The women in the network are truly quality human beings, and I’ve had such a great time getting to know so many of them on a personal level, even outside of the group through coffee chats.”
